Sarina Cerrelli is the Canadian owner and founder of the artisan-quality skin care line, Simply Natural Skincare products. She is an herbalist and aesthetician who has practiced and worked on mastering her skills in organic skin care for over 25 years. She shares her knowledge of healing with herbs through the practice of manufacturing her skincare products. She started making her line of skin care in 1985 in Aylmer QC, Canada. Since then she has moved to rural area, still in Canada, to be closer to nature.
She came up with Simply Natural because she felt a need to help people suffering from skin sensitivity and wanted to come up with an innovative, holistic approach to naturally healing the skin using the cold-extracted healing herbs and steam-distilled calming essential oils. She has succeeded in creating a line of skin care entirely dedicated to chemical sensitive skin types. She continues her research in perfecting her line of skincare.
As an herbalist she has taken the art of using herbs and herbal remedies to concentrate on making a skincare line completely dedicated to the wellness and beauty of naturally healthy skin. Her approach is simple and eco-friendly. She strives to make her products as simple and healing as possible with use of organic steam-distilled essential oils, cold-extracted healing herbs, that she cold-extracts herself, using the Ayurvedic method. Keeping the ingredients simple and to a minimum, allows skin to let itself balance out without too much stimulation from the product.
Her philosophy is to keep the skin balanced by combining the action of ones own skins ability with the help of holistic, natural skincare infused with cold-extracted healing herbs and steam-distilled essential oils. To nourish and help the skin heal and replenish itself in a way that keeps the skin balanced and harmonious with nature.
She believes in helping the planet by reducing the waste and re-using what we can and recycling. She has made it possible for all of the Simply Natural glass jars to be returned and refunded where purchased. When they are returned, they go through an all natural sanitization process, and then they are re-filled to be used once more.
She believes that the use of organic and natural therapeutics such as organic cold-extracted healing herbs, steam-distilled essential oils, wholesome nut and seed oils, and fresh flower essences is the way to making a simple, gentle and rejuvenating line of organic skincare. We help support the local, Canadian economy buy purchasing the raw materials from small Canadian farmers. The Organic Shea Butter is purchased from a group of women in Burkina Faso, Africa, helping give income to the women of Africa.
